You need a crimping tool to attach the terminals to the power and
ground cables.
To prepare the cable wires, follow these steps:
On each cable wire, strip 6 mm (0.25 inch) of insulation
from one end.
Insert the end of one power cable
wire all the way into the barrel of a spade terminal and crimp the terminal securely to
the wire.

Insert the end of the stripped ground wire (green or green and yellow) all
the way into the barrel of the ring terminal and crimp the terminal securely to the
wire.
