Uploading a Custom GuestPortal Ticket Page

To upload a custom GuestPortal ticket page:

On the Ticket Settings dialog, click Browse. The Choose file dialog is displayed.
Navigate to the .html GuestPortal ticket page file that you want to upload to the controller, and then click Open. The file name is displayed in the Upload Template box.
Click Apply. The file is uploaded to the controller.
The Active Template list includes all GuestPortal ticket pages that have been uploaded to the controller.
