Use the following startup parameter to specify the name and path of a USB-Dongle-FW file:
--fw_path=update-firmware-dongle.xml
You can specify either a relative or absolute path to the file. If the SCD cannot find the file due to path or filename error, it will return the following error message in the console:
Loading firmware failed. Not reachable: Your File Name
