When BGP4+ is enabled in a non-default
VRF instance, the device enters BGP address-family IPv6 unicast VRF configuration mode. From
there, you can access several commands that allow the configuration of BGP4+ for the
non-default VRF instance.
Before you begin
Before performing this task, ensure
that a non-default VRF instance is configured.
Procedure

Access global configuration
mode.
device# configure terminal

Access BGP configuration mode.
device(config)# router bgp

Specify the VRF name and enter
BGP address-family IPv6 unicast VRF configuration mode.
device(config-bgp-router)# address-family ipv6 unicast vrf green
This example shows the address-family ipv6 unicast command,
the vrf keyword, and the VRF name (green).
