A warning message to alert the user about a possible control packet loop condition when applying an ACL with unconditional PERMIT action on EAPS or STP blocked port. This warning is applicable only to Summit and BD8K platforms.
Add an explicit match criteria such as 'ethernet-type' to avoid these rules matching EAPS and STP PDUs.
