This Dynamic MAC address learned in hardware could not be updated in the upper HAL common layer, as well as in the FDB Mgr application. The database in hardware and software is out of sync.
Execute "clear fdb" to clear the entry in hardware, but it can be relearned if it is a continuous stream.
