Creating a PTP clock port installs an entry in hardware filter table. Installing an entry has failed due to hardware filter table is full, so PTP functionality will be unavailable. This failure occurs when the switch has more configuration which uses hardware filter table.
Unconfigure other features which uses the hardware filter table and re-try configuration.
