If a VM has a VR onfigured for dynamic VLAN creation, the VR should be the same as the VR to which the port (on which the VM has been detected) belongs to. If the port does not belong to any VR and if VLAN with the dynamic VLAN tag configured for the VM already exists, the configured VR should match the VR to which the dynamic VLAN belongs to. Hence the VM will not be dynamically associated to any VLAN.
Misconfiguration needs to be corrected.
