This source and group could have been denied in the register policy file if genrated register message dropped due to register policy.
Check the register policy for First Hop Router(FHR) configuration in "show pim ipv4" or "show pim ipv6" command. If it is valid source and group then edit the policy file to permit this source and refresh it.
