A hello packet with v6 support was received on an interface that does not have v6 forwarding enabled.
This check is performed when adjacency checking for IPv6 is enabled. If this is undesirable, disable adjacency checking. Otherwise, ensure that the interfaces on either side of the adjacency have ipv6 forwarding enabled.
