This message gets logged when client receives an AAA response for a authentication request but the client is already authenticated using a different authType and this auth is dropped because of Service Unavail/Failure/guest Vlan.
Check if the port is already authenticated in a Vlan using a different authentication method. This is for debug purposes and no action needs to be taken.
