This event occurs when local switch receives an ingress VLAN query command from the peer. 'asrt' indicates whether MLAG egresses can move to assert-winner/assert-loser state. When 'asrt' is FALSE all MLAG egresses of the multicast cache identified by 'src' and 'grp' will be moved to forwarding state and ISC port corresponding to the specified ISC 'isc' will be deleted from the MLAG egresses of the multicast cache.
