This message gets displayed when a message is received over the Label Switch Interface(LSI) from the Label Manager. These messages are sent during the setup and tearing down of LSPs.
This is a debug message, and it's normal to be displayed when a filter is created to display debug messages for the mpls.dpm subcomonent.
