When MPLS label ranges are changed, the label space manager must be uninitialized and then initialized (specified by the action parameter) with the new ranges. If a problem occurs during either of these actions, the label database can become corrupted. The rc, or return code, will provide technical support with more detail on the specific cause of the failure.
Reboot the system or restart the MPLS process. If the problem persists, contact technical support with the following information: the actual event message and the output from the following commands: "show mpls label usage", "debug mpls show tech label-space"
