The IPML internal message queue from FDBMgr to HAL has decreased back to normal levels. Hardware programming delays should no longer be present. This message will only been seen after HAL.FDB.MsgQueHigh has previously been triggered. HAL has automatically removed L2 learning rate limits associated with HAL.FDB.MsgQueHigh. To view the IPML message queue information, use "debug msgsrv show msgqueues".
