An OSPFv3 packet with a link local or multicast destination address was received. It was attempted to match it to an interface (rather than a virtual interface or sham link). No interface could be found with a matching interface index and instance ID. The packet was dropped.
If the problem persists and this log is unexpected check configuration. In particular check that the instance ID is correct on the specified interface.
