This event occurs whenever BFD session create request failed for a specific srcIP,dest IP, vrName and sessionID in HAL.
Session creation could fail in the Hardware if the MAC address of next hop is not resolved. Check show iparp if ipv4 bfd session or show neighbor-discovery for ipv6 session. Please contact tech support if sessions is not able create after multiple attempts. show tech, debug hal show platform bfd all, debug bfd show session, debug bfd show nexthop.
