The operational state of the static route has changed to "Up", either because ICMP Ping Protection detected the gateway replied with an ICMP Echo Reply, or because Ping Protection for the IP address family has been disabled, thus assuming ping-protected gateways are up.
No action required - Notification of a network change only.
