A join to an instance of PM has failed. PM is slave on this join. There will be a pause in OSPF processing until the join is restarted to a new instance of the master on this join. Adjacencies or traffic engineering route calculation updates may be lost as a result.
Investigate why the original instance failed. If the problem persists then please contact support.
