During Route translation from the message sent by the protocols LSP lookup failed for the route with addr/mask and the LSP index is ifIndex. This is a very unlikely error that indicates that the protocols did not know about the proper LSP index. For route add case and route del case when MPLS is disabled this can be ignored as this lookup is not used by RTMgr.
Collect more logs of the Prorotocol (and rtmgr like RtReq) that deleted the route. Will need a developer to take a look at these logs.
