The number of adjacent routers contained within the OSPF LSA sent to CSPF exceeded the internal limitation. Only the first routers up to and including the limiting number were passed to CSPF, all others were discarded.
Configure the network such that all routers within the OSPF area have fewer than the maximum number of allowed neighbors configured on them as announced in their OSPF LSAs.
