This source and group could have been denied in the register policy file if the received register message dropped due to register policy. Switch could have the insufficient licenses if the received register message dropped due to insufficient license.
Check the register policy for Rendezvous point(RP) configuration in "show pim ipv4" or "show pim ipv6" command. If it is valid source and group then edit the policy file to permit this source and refresh it. Check the currently installed system license and upgrade if necessary.
