A hello packet was received that indicates the sending interface address is not on the same subnet as the receiving interface.
This check is performed when adjacency checking for IPv4 is enabled. If this is undesirable, disable adjacency checking. Otherwise, ensure that the interfaces on either side of the adjacency are configured for the same IPv4 subnet.
