The OSPF route calculation has encountered a router LSA advertising a link with a metric of 0. This is not a valid value, as it can lead to loops in the SPF calculation. To prevent loops in the routing calculation, OSPF will treat the link as having a metric of 1.
Check the interface configuration on the router advertising the LSA.
