Either this is not the primary node or one of the two SNMP processes is not ready. Hence this SNMP Request is dropped.
This message will be seen if SNMP requests are sent to the switch as it is getting booted up. Things should behave normally as the bootup is complete. If this persists, contact Extreme Networks support.
