The elected RP corresponding to the group in the message is not configured on this switch. Sometimes this may happen because of inconsistent RP information on first hop and other switch on the network. In such case the switch responds by sending register stop. Later if the correct RP is learnt the register message is accepted.
In case of static RP configuration please check the RP on first hop and this switch. If the RP is being learnt through BSR mechanism no action is required.
