The system tried to allocate memory but failed in doing so. This condition is mainly due to system starvation or an extremely low memory condition.
A possible remedy is to use "show memory" and "show log" commands to monitor the memory statuses of different processes. Depending on the results of these commands, the system configuration may need to be changed or memory may need to be freed by ending processes which are currently not needed.
