DAD failed for the specified IPAddres. This happens because the address on the neighbor or this box was incorrectly configured.
Correct the IP address configuration for the neighbor and this box. Once corrected, re-run DAD using command: 'run [ip|ipv6] dad {{vr} <vr_name>} <ipaddress' to make the IP Address valid again
