OSPF has received a packet and matched it to a virtual interface but no neighbor CB was found. This packet was ignored. OSPF may show problems establishing or maintaining an adjacency with a neighboring router, or the Link State database may become inaccurate.
This log is expected while a virtual interface is being set up, because the virtual interface and the neighbor cannot be configured at exactly the same time. If this log occurs at at any other time, check PM configuration. If that does not solve it, contact support with details of the problem.
