This is a debug message which indicates that the specified router port, which is an ISC port, is being aged out faster. This is due to the fact that this port was added as router port when V3 receivers are present on an MLAG port whose state changed to DOWN. When the MLAG port changes to UP (or remote MLAG port state changes to DOWN) again, such a router port will be aged out faster to avoid unnecessary traffic over the ISC.
This is an informational message and no remedy is required.
