The checkpointing message for I-SID could not be allocated because the system is low on memory. This will result in the I-SID database on the standby MM not being in sync with that on the active MM. This condition will not impact PBB operation until after a failover of the currently active MM.
Check the scalability limit and compare this with the current configurations.
