Compatibility checks ensure that an In-Service Upgrade is not performed between releases which are known to be incompatible; however, there may be circumstances where it is desirable to ignore compatibility checks and upgrade anyway. This event is generated to indicate that the rolling reboot is being run without performing compatibility checks.
