This event occurs because the disable-port action is configured for Port Flood Rate and the ingress traffic rate has exceeded the rate limit. The disable-port is one of the configurable out actions to be taken when the rate limit is exceeded with the "configure ports [<port_list>|<port_group>] rate-limit flood...out-actions" command
The out-of-profile status may be cleared using the "clear ports rate-limit flood out-of-profile" command. A review of the Port Flood Rate-Limit configuration may be warranted.
