Each trusted ports should have unique PECSP mac address assigned, if VPEX controlling-bridge detects a duplicate PECSP MAC then this event occurs. Having duplicate PECSP mac address among BPEs could lead to control plane instability.
The Port Extender device with duplicate PECSP mac needs to be reprogrammed with a unique mac, please contact tech support.
