The Sentinel RMS Custom Persistent Data has been removed from the disk. This means that all licenses installed prior to this have been removed. It further means that revocation records have also been removed. Due to this, previously revoked licenses can be installed again. This event will be followed by a reboot in order for the system to function properly.
