This event gets logged when a CFM PDU gets processed by the CPU, but should have been forwarded by hardware due to a higher MD Level than configured on the VLAN/Port combination.
This should not happen, as hardware will forward CFM PDU with a multicast destination higher than the VLAN/Ports MD level in hardware. This could be a hardware problem, but it can also happen due to a CLI change in the configured MD level. If this is due to the MD Level change it should only happen during the time the Switch is processing the changes required for this MD Level change.
