RFC 7432 specifies that if a MAC moves between a local and remote device N times within an M second interval, a message should alert the user. By default the interval is 180 seconds and the number of moves is 5. This notification informs the user that the above condition has been cleared, because only one route exists for this MAC.
No remedy is needed.
