This message gets generated when a BOOTP request packet is received for the specified VLAN, but the receiving ports does not have DHCP server functionality enabled.
If the specific port needs to support DHCP server functionality, enable it to do so. The command is enable DHCP ports portlist VLAN vlan_name.
