Replication of the top-level NM entity MIB to the backup has not occurred because the primary is yet to be replicated. This will only happen in race conditions where the backup entity is ready for replication before the primary has received the initial MIB configuration. Catch-up replication is not possible for top-level entity MIBs.
No action needs to be taken.
