A Hello packet of the specifed type was received from a neigbor whose system ID is identical to the system ID assigned to the receiving switch.
No IS-IS router in an IS-IS routing domain should have the same system ID configured. Either change the system ID of the receiving router or change the system ID of the transmitting router.
