File read error occured.
Configuration file is not read successfully (either corrupted or does not exist). Do a ls command and see whether it exists. If exist, then the file might be corrupted or not supported. The configuration is not restored and factory default configuration is used to boot the MSM. Save configuration to the given file again to make sure it can be loaded successfully next time.
