This event occurs when the DHCPv6 client default option lookup is failed during default parameter request assembly.
This is a rare internal condition needing technical assistance. Restart the DHCPv6 client process using the CLI command "restart process nettools". If the event still occurs, contact technical support after gathering relevant information using "show tech-support" CLI command and uploading the debug data out of the switch using "upload debug <ipaddress> vr vr-mgmt" CLI command.
