There was an error in the HAL common infrastructure layer when notifying the delete of this Dynamic MAC entry.
Execute the "clear fdb" command for this MAC, to clean up the entry in software if hardware does not have this entry. To see the hardware entry execute "show fb hardware <MAC> <vlan> slot all".
