This message displays the contents of a transmitted or received MKPDU's SAK Use Parameter Set Body Each MKA PDUs (MKPDU) contains a sequence of "parameter sets": Basic, Live Peer List, Potential Peer List, SAK Use, Distributed SAK. The SAK Use Parameter Set Body is present after the Key Server elects to use MACsec and distributes the first SAK.
