PDUs are slow path forwarding due to an error while registering or deregistering MACsec with VLAN or while controlling the blocking state of MACsec. Possible actions include register, deregister, set and bulk-set to the VLAN manager.
This may occur if registration with the VLAN protocol failed during initialization; check Protocol ID is valid and check system boot log messages via the command "show log" for any system wide failure. Restarting the process will correct the problem if necessary.
