This event occurs because the log action is configured for a meter and the ingress traffic rate has exceeded the rate limit of the meter. The log action is one of the configurable out actions to be taken when the rate limit of the meter is exceeded with the "configure meter <meter-name> committed-rate ... out-actions" command
The out-of-profile status may be cleared using the "clear access-list meter <meter-name> out-of-profile" command. A review of the Meter configuration may be warranted.
