The NTP process tried to start the NTP service process, but failed when calling the system API fork(). The only expected reason for this to happen is when we run out of memory.
This is an unexpected internal condition. Please try to restart the NTP process "restart process ntp" to see if the problem disappears. If the problem persists, please contact technical support and supply the output of the "show tech" command.
