This message is called after calling pimUrtCallback(). In pimUrtCallback() the entire multicast cache is traversed. This may result in and old route's cache entry or new route's cache entry not to get updated correctly due to MSDP registering for the same route too. We use this message for debugging purposes to make sure we are handling the above situation correctly.
