This mnemonic is used to record a log message when (1) the dot1brLocReqGetInSyncWithAsync function is successfully called to queue a callback, (2) the dot1brOrgSpec_handleGetInSyncWithAsync function is called to successfully queue the callback to the EXOS dispatcher, and (3) by the callback itself. Since the callback is not part of the getInSyncWithAsync system itself, it is the responsibility of its writer to include a log using this mnemonic.
