Could not pre-allocate memory to to set up the data for Acks coming from VLAN manager. Memory is allocated corresponding to indices. The condition fails as there were no unoccupied ack indices available.
Collect data from the 'show memory' and 'show process' CLI commands. Check the memory usage of the system and check if the process is in ready state and then contact technical support
